Arbor Lodging is searching for an Financial Analyst for their West Loop Chicago office! Functioning within Arbor Lodging Partners, which handles the acquisition and ownership of the portfolio, this role will be working directly with the Sr. VP of Asset Management, and also be presenting data to the CEO of Arbor Lodging Partners.
For success in this role you will need to have strong Excel expertise.  Benchmarking and modeling of our 23 properties across the US, creation of performance templates, cash flow and pivot tables will be part of this role’s routine. This role will also be key in the development and analysis of key operating metrics within the portfolio, delving into expense variances, maintenance costs and modeling impact of capital expenses. Communication is also key to this role as regular reporting to necessary internal and external departments, investors and other stakeholders.
The right candidate for the Financial Analyst role will have the aforementioned expert level knowledge in Excel, at least three to five years in a similar industry, and strong business writing skills. A CPA or CFA is an added bonus, even if you’re in the path to completion, but not required.
