Dishwasher/Steward

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Sorting, washing and returning dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel.
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.
  • Expediting clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas as needed.
  • Removing trash during and at the end of the shift.
  • Cleaning and storing floor mats.
Qualifications include:
  • Ability to work in varied conditions, including wet and humid work areas.
  • Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs.
  • Ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs over short distances.
  • Ability to push/pull/transport material 150 lbs through crowded areas.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 1st shift, 2nd shift and weekends.
