Compass Systems & Sales, LLC (  is a world leader in providing highly engineered Pneumatic & Mechanical Material Handling Systems that provide segregation capabilities for the various alloys of aluminum scrap produced by the automobile industry, in the high volume automotive OEM and Tier #1 & #2 supplier production environments.
With a solid track record of success and a “True Turn-Key” solutions driven approach, Compass Systems has expanded its reach within its automotive customers and the general industrial markets (pulp and paper, converting, agriculture, etc.) to include state-of-the-art related systems and processes (i.e. Hinged Belt Conveyors, End of Line Conveyors, Integrated Dust Collection Systems). 
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creation, design and execution of the marketing activities to strengthen our value to our customers.  This is a full-time role and will be reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing program to support specific market objectives across different channels and segments, create timelines, set budgets, develop strategies and tactics and execute
  • Collaborate with sales, services, engineering, construction to drive marketing programs
  • Resolve issues and solve problems that may occur throughout the lifecycle of a campaign or project
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, list development and online advertising
  • Develop tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs/projects
  • Conduct formal market analysis to identify key market and customer trends
  • Conduct competitive and customer analysis and report findings to key stakeholders
  • Develop marketing strategy for Compass
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customers relationship manage system (CRM)
  • 10-20% travel may be required

Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing functions
  • Familiar with CRM and Marketing AI tools and integration
  • Experience in B2B Industrial markets is required
  • Familiar with managing 3rd party marketing resources
