Ensure that the hotel initiates and maintains a leading edge in eCommerce, social media, reputation management and marketing strategies.

  • Utilize website CMS to regularly audit and update content on resort websites
  • Development of promotional strategies to drive direct bookings and increase website conversion
  • Manage partner agencies on multi-channel paid media strategy, including PPC, DRM, display, social media, ad copy, headlines, site links, etc.
  • Partner with contracted agency to monitor current SEO strategy and to make adjustments as needed on each website as well as all relevant listings, including content marketing
  • Management of content across core OTA and top search sites
  • Analysis of each campaign deployed to report ROI and utilize the data to adjust the approach
  • Activation of OTA paid media opportunities during distressed periods
  • Build and deploy promotional, resort special events and holiday activities and transactional email campaigns
  • Continuously A/B Test email campaigns to ensure highest possible performance
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Create workflows that trigger throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales and create loyalty (look to book/ browse abandonment, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on email campaign performance
  • Ensure emails follow industry standards and best practices
  • Create monthly social media plan for all resorts and manage all organic postings on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Respond to all social media direct messages and comments in public view with a sense of urgency
  • Assist in identifying social media influencer opportunities and organize itinerary in collaboration with the resorts
  • Creation of ongoing UGC and photo advocacy seasonal campaigns that are appropriately themed for each resort
  • Analyze and report on monthly follower metrics
  • Shared reputation management responsibility on TripAdvisor, Google MB, OTAs and Yelp
  • Shared graphic design responsibility for all digital and print assets
  • Assists with planning of photo shoots and photographer selection
  • Must be able to quickly change project focus based on hotel and owner requests
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and team members.
  • Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics and image of self and subordinates.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with our vendors to ensure best price and quality of work/goods delivered that also yield a respective ROI to the resorts and company.
  • Instill professionalism to all staff.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Expedite special projects as requested within the timeframe as required.
  • Operate in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and government regulations.
  • Maintain a safe environment for both employees and guests.

Requirements:

  • Required experience in graphic design utilizing the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of solutions
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms
  • Experience utilizing a CRM solution
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Orlando market
