  • Rotate and stock items in the café / marketplace on a daily basis.
  • Complete all checklist required on a daily basis.
  • Always carry the proper amount of change for your bank based upon the anticipated volume expected for the day.
  • Maintain the front line to ensure expedient service is achieved.
  • Provide cashiering services to all guests as required in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that your assigned work station is properly cleaned and maintained on a day-to-day basis.
  • Execute all menu items in accordance to the time table specifications dictated for the menu item.
  • Smile and greet all guests upon their immediate entry into the outlet.
  • Ensure that you comply with all health department regulations on a day to day basis.
  • To ensure that all menu items are being properly portion controlled to ensure that the cost of sales stay within the budgeted guidelines any variance should be immediately rectified or directed to the manager.
  • Ensure that the café and marketplace cooler items, frontline is stocked & faced, organized and all retail items have been properly priced and positioned for sale.
  • To ensure that all P & P and checklist are being implemented and executed on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are priced and dated prior to being stored as requested.
  • Keep all F & B areas clean and organized including both front and back-of-the-house areas.
  • Ensure that you are in a clean proper uniform with your respective name badge.
  • Ensure that a check is issued for every item ordered by a guest.
  • Ensure that all room service and VIP china, glass and flatware are retrieved to reduce privilege within the department.  
  • To ensure that the department has adequate supplies to meet the operational needs.
  • Ensure that the telephone etiquette is professional and consistent at all times.
  • Assist with all catered / banquet functions as requested.
  • Follow all safety procedures as outlined for the department.
  • Operate in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and government regulations.
  • Maintain and ensure a high level of professionalism throughout the department and staff.
  • Ensure that all staff members smile and greet all guests and co-workers.
  • Expedite special projects as requested within the time frame required.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments.
  • Participate, train and develop staff on all property emergency procedures that protect both our guests and employees on a day to day basis.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times for both the employees and guests.
Job Requirements:
  • POS Systems skills required
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have basic mathematical skills
  • Must be 21 Years of age or older
