The Bellman is responsible for assuring quick, efficient and friendly service to all guests.  Assist guests with arrivals and departures and to assure proper handling of guest’s luggage
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Must be in full uniform with name badge at all times.
  • When not assisting guests you must report to your post position and maintain it in a at ease position.
  • No food or beverages are allowed to be consumed in any guests related area, including but not limited to the gum and candy.
  • Guests must all be greeted in a hospitable manner upon coming in contract with them.
  • Tags and claims guests’ luggage.
  • Escorts guests to assigned rooms.
  • Introduce guests to property and offer information and services including but not limited to the F & B facilities, hours of operations of all outlets, use of the in-room thermostat, appliances and other important guest related uses (ie trash room, fitness room, etc..).
  • Provide all around excellent customer service and to be of any assistance to our guests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay at the property.
  • Operate in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and government regulations.
  • Maintain and ensure a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure a pleasant and safe work environment.
  • Ensure a good working relationship with all departments.
  • Assist with special request at all times.
  • Assist with all emergency procedures as required.
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be able and willing to work on his/her feet for long periods of time
  • Must be able and willing to lift 15 + lbs.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
