Contract and Pricing Coordinator (Vendor Specialist - Customer Service Department)
Overview
The position requires a person who is analytical and detail-oriented. A successful contract coordinator demonstrates several qualities in the workplace.  These include spreadsheet skills, written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability and problem-solving skills. You will be utilizing MAPICS, SharePoint, Excel and other company databases to do research, auditing, and analysis. 

As a Contract Coordinator, the employee will be supporting the business by being a go-to source for customer contract information as related to Dorel Home Furnishings and its’ divisions.  The Contract Coordinator will work with all divisions including Ameriwood, DHP and Cosco to establish and maintain customer contracts, cross references, and inventory data.  Other areas of support include commissions processing, SOX reports and price variance reports.   
 
Job Duties:
  • Create and maintain customer contracts
  • Create and maintain customer cross reference files
  • Create and maintain sales rep agreements
  • Work with other departments including IT team to resolve issues as needed
  • Review price discrepancies and take appropriate action
  • Ensure all reporting procedures are suitably documented
  • Prepare reports for determined business processes including SOX compliance reports and commissions reporting
  • Conduct and execute special projects as required
  • Ability and drive to research and resolve root cause problems, which will include customer inventory feeds
  • Maintain customer inventory feed data
  • Audit, document and reconcile contract and part number information for existing and new accounts
  • Ensure contracts are consistent with terms, conditions, policies and procedures
  • Track completion of PIMS alerts for item creations and changes

Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates
  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent 3-4 years’ experience
 
This position is located in Wright City, MO and is a Monday through Friday job with hours from 8 AM - 5 PM.
