Online Merchandiser- Amazon Team
Dorel, Inc. is a global manufacturer of consumer products (Furniture, Juvenile and Cycling) with revenues more than $2.5 billion annually.  We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our Dorel Home Amazon Sales Team.  This position is imperative for Dorel Home’s continued E-Commerce sales growth and profitability. This position will report into the Senior Merchandising and Marketing Manager and is located in San Bruno, CA.

Position Summary
This person will work with the San Bruno team and execute a sustainable and scalable Assortment, Product Content and Marketing plan to successfully manage our Amazon business. This person is responsible for managing our Amazon catalog by executing assortment set up and content updates that support a Best in Class customer experience. This position is imperative for Dorel, Inc.’s continued E-Commerce sales growth and profitability and will report into the Senior Merchandising and Marketing Manager.  This position is located in San Bruno, CA.

Job Duties
  • Responsible for supporting the execution of assortment and product setup for Dorel Home products on Amazon. 
  • Works directly with Amazon and Vendor Central to setup, edit and manage product assortment to a high caliber degree.
  • Maintains content, adjusts product detail pages with updates that optimizes KPI performance.
  • Work with remote counterparts to assign updates and ensure completion.
  • Assist in other miscellaneous processes and procedures.
  • Integration of the market and the competitive landscape, contributing to new ideas.
  • Assist with execution and maintenance of promo and event calendar, deal execution, and asset management.
  • Run reporting and monitor all marketing events and promotions.
  • Review and record competitive set for assortment, channel pricing, deals, and events on Amazon and in competitive landscape channel on-line.
Relationship Management
  • Develop strong cross functional relationships with the Amazon Sales Cross Functional Team, including Inventory Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Shared Services and Operations.
  • Develop and nurture cross-organizational relationships with our Brand Specialist within Amazon.com to ensure we have maximized Content and Marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture cross-organizational relationships within the Dorel Home Furnishings Divisions to leverage their business on Amazon.
  • Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years+ of experience in Merchandising or Marketing,  E-commerce strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Amazon or Walmart a plus
