PCI Design Group has an immediate opening for a motivated Architectural Drafter to join our team! We are seeking a candidate that can work in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in AutoCad and Revit. This candidate will collaborate with architectural team and will provide top notch production and documentation for projects from schematic design through construction documents, including coordination of architectural details. 
 
What will you get to do in this role?
  • Collaborate with team to develop a building program into a building design.
  • Produce construction documents from sketches, notes, dialogue and other details.
  • Work as part of a BIM/CAD team to achieve consistent results and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and implement design-changes.
  • May take the lead on developing some discipline specific BIM modeling content for project.
  • Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
  • Report to intermediate and senior level coworkers on a regular basis.
  • Comply with office standards.
 
What are the requirements for candidates?
  • Associates Degree in Architectural Technology, or similar degree, and/or minimum of 2+ years of experience working in all phases of architectural drafting, detailing, scheduling and coordination.
  • 2 years experience may be evaluated as a potential substitute for a degree.
  • 2+ years experience with AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Working knowledge of design industry workflows, production cycle and priorities.
  • Understanding of construction methods and building materials used.
  • Basic knowledge of building code.
