Job Title:  Project/Portfolio IRM Governance Lead
Infinity Technology, LLC, a nationally recognized information technology and professional services company, is currently seeking a Project/Portfolio IRM Governance Lead to work at our client site, Department of Interior, Washington DC.  This position is contingent on contract award.     
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Provide support in setting IT project, program, and portfolio standards for DOI;
  • Assist in the development of, manage and maintain policies/memos/directives and processes related to IT Project and Portfolio Management;
  • Support the DOI FAC-P/PM Certification Program;
  • Support Organizational Assessment (OA) compliance reviews:
    • Conduct OA compliance assessment related to SPPI program areas;;
    • Populate SPPI assessments into overall OA templates;
    • Address discrepancies between Bureau and Office self-assessments and SPPI assessments with SPPI leadership as well as Bureaus and Offices to be transparent and in an effort to improve transparency, understanding, and improved compliance over the fiscal year;
    • Apply lessons learned to improve the OA metrics, measurement methodology and assessment tool for upcoming fiscal years.
  • Manage quarterly PortfolioStat Integrated Data Collection:
    • Develop templates to collect and analyze Bureau and Office data;
    • Coordinate data collection from all Bureaus and Offices and OCIO components for all PortfolioStat deliverables;
    • Serve as the SPPI point of contact for all PortfolioStat inquiries and activities within DOI and to OMB;
    • Track data changes from submission to submission, and capture and manage action items that need to be completed to verify data accuracy;
  • Assist SPPI in serving as the point to prepare for OMB PortfolioStat Sessions:
    • Perform analysis to understand and be able to brief DOI leadership on contents in OMB’s PortfolioStat briefing materials for DOI;
    • Meeting logistics and materials.
  • Support DOI’s implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM); and
  • Support IT governance boards/efforts.
  • Must be able to pass a government background investigation
  • Minimum of seven (7) years previous related experience
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required
