Corporate Account Manager – Tokyo 

The Corporate Account Manager will expand the business in sub-regions of APAC. Build sales strategy and define sales tactics to penetrate and expand business from the target global, multinational, regional and domestic major accounts, create and maintain relationships with customers. The role is accountable to professional and strategic contributions to the overall sales plan for the APAC Region. 

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintaining, developing and driving business relationship and revenue growth from global and national account customers among major industry sectors of the APAC region. 
  • Act as the focal point and spokesperson within the Stratacache/Scala digital media systems to present solutions to the corporate account clients by working alongside with pre-sales, solution design and product solutions professionals. 
  • Apart from relationship management, you will also need to compile industry researches and competitor analysis, and identify key opinion leaders in the field via various channels in order to further promote brand awareness. 
  • Coordinate and oversee the whole end-to-end solution delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.


Basic Qualifications
  • Proven track record of experience in corporate account management in a sizeable multinational company in the ICT industry. 
  • At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Acting Strategically: Identifies key issues and relationships relevant to achieving goals, commits to course of action to accomplish goals based on known and unknown variables. 
  • Develops priorities with the right balance of short-term and long-term wins. 
  • Championing Customer Needs: Provides timely and professional service to both internal and external customers, is responsive to customer needs and requests, is always courteous to the customer and considers them when making decisions. 
  • Communicating Effectively: Shares information. Listens and involves others. Clearly conveys ideas in a manner that engages others and helps them understand and retain the message. 
  • Prioritizing and Organizing Work: Allocates time and attention based on what is most important to achieve key goals and objectives. Effectively organizes and balances tasks and priorities to keep multiple projects on track. 
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
 
  • Required Skill(s): Digital Marketing, Solution Selling, Corporate Account Management, C-Level, Relationship Building
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment.
  • English, and other languages proficiency.
