The award-winning X2O platform represents a new category of communication tools that improve the way enterprises engage with their employees and build brand awareness, by extending standard digital signage to reduce costs, drive safety, and deliver corporate information and performance dashboards to a “targeted” audience on the screens they use most: their desktop and mobile devices.

Project Manager
Is responsible for project management from contract award to project closure in order to ensure successful handover of deliverables and completion of all agreed milestones as defined in the contract, specifications, schedule, and budget while meeting quality expectations. The Project Manager acts as the primary interface between all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timeline and achieve all milestones effectively
  • Communicate with customer, peers, team, and supervisor in a proactive manner
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Understand and report KPIs
  • As needed, travel to customer facilities within Canada and internationally
  • Co-ordinate activities with client and multiple vendors

Basic Qualifications
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • PMP certification or in-depth knowledge of PMI methodologies
  • Bilingual (English and 1 other language)
  • Experience in AV industry and/or web design (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Photoshop) and/or communication, an asset.
  • Experience in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, understanding business objectives, and multi-tasking.
  • Established track record of managing large and complex enterprise-level projects for external customers
  • Ability to find solutions to project roadblocks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and substantial experience working with multiple project stakeholders.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
