Director, Sales Force Automation (SFA)

The incumbent is responsible to support the organization with technology solutions inclusive of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business to Business (B2B) integration. In this capacity, the Director will be responsible for business relationship management within Scala, software vendor relationship management, application design, and solution delivery and support.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Perform and carry out Sales Force product manager, project manager, release manager, business analyst, developer, tester, technical writer, and administrative job duties and functions.
  • Designed end-to end client solution for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and platform.
  • Utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Sales Fforce custom objects, created a workflow tool that calculates the profitability of all digital advertising campaigns.
  • Created a custom project management tool and a human resources application by leveraging Sales Force custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, buttons, validation rules, formulas, sharing rules, workflow rules, approval processes, and HTML email templates.
  • Partnered with executive team and key stakeholders to develop short and long term Sales Fforce deployment strategies, goals, and priorities.
  • Experience working with technical & functional resources and following an Agile based delivery methodology
  • Perform other duties as requested

Basic Qualifications:
  • 4 Year Degree required
  • 8+ Years Sales Force Experience; 5+ Years Management Experience
  • application platform expertise, specifically in Sales and Service Cloud, Communities, and Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge and experience designing and implementing CRM and B2B solutions
  • Technical knowledge integrating with ERP and content management solutions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and excellent time management skills; Excellent Project & Team Management skills
  • Excellent communication (both written & verbal), presentation and business relationship skills
  • Solid understanding of Sales Force Service Cloud, Sales Force Community Sites, Sales Force CPQ and Sales Force Lightning

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales Force Certification is desirable
