Business Development Manager - Tokyo
 
STRATACACHE Singapore is looking for Business Development managers to join their operations. Based in the APAC Head office, this incumbent will be primarily tasked with developing and diversifying business so that income increases and the future growth of the organisation is guaranteed. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
 
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare Quotes and sale contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide professional feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 
Basic Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years relevant experience
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written
  • Market knowledge
  • Networking skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business admin, sales or relevant qualification
