Regional Channel Manager - South East Asia 
 
The Regional Channel Manager will expand the business in sub-regions of APAC. Build channel sales strategy and define sales tactics to penetrate and expand business from the target market segments, create and maintain relationships with Partner Resellers. The role is accountable to professional and strategic contributions to the overall sales plan for the APAC Region.
 
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Be the key account holder for driving new market development within the geographical regions of the market through the achievement of Channel sales revenue targets.
  • Act as the focal point and spokesperson within the Stratacache/Scala digital media systems to present solutions to the prospective clients by working alongside with Channel Reseller Partners, pre-sales, solution architect and product management professionals.
  • Perform as the driver to build and maintain relationship management to Channel Reseller Partners.
  • Compile industry researches and competitor analysis, and identify key opinion leaders in the field via various channels in order to further promote brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and oversee the whole end-to-end solution delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Have experience in large project with a strong track record of success and a rich network of influential figures in the related sectors of the market.
  • Possess great presentation and solution selling skills coupled with strong project coordination experience.
  • Have the ability to work independently, whilst coordinating across different functions to complete the tasks will be the crucial attributes for the role.
  • Need to demonstrate a strong strategic mind and business development mentality.  
  • Be flexible on frequent travelling as required.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of experience in channel sales and channel sales management.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Prioritizing and Organizing Work: Allocates time and attention based on what is most important to achieve key goals and objectives. Effectively organizes and balances tasks and priorities to keep multiple projects on track.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment.
  • English, and other languages proficiency.
