Sales Order Assistant - Channel

This incumbent has primary responsibility to support the Scala Americas sales representatives to create accurate quotes for Scala, Inc and Scala Canada, and the SignChannel product lines. Specific responsibilities include the data entry and conversion of customer purchase inquiries into fulfillable quotes. This position works very closely with the sales teams, Scala partners, customers, and sales representatives to resolve issues so that all orders are processed on a timely basis.

Core Responsibilities
  • Monitors the orders@scala.com email/caseboard to obtain incoming orders
  • Review all customer purchase requests and enters quotes into NetSuite. Verifies accuracy of part numbers, shipping details, sales teams, license keys, etc. and pricing in line with company policies.
  • Interfaces with customers/sales representatives to obtain required order documentation including SAAS agreements, Eula's, evaluation agreements, and purchase orders
  • Works closely with partners, customers and sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders
  • Files all paperwork related to sales orders
  • Perform other duties as requested

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of Sales support, customer service, or administrative experience required
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude who can work well across the organization
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office and NetSuite
  • Ability to solve problems
