Director of Corporate Accounts

The Director of Corporate Accounts will be the key account holder for maintaining, developing and driving business relationship and revenue growth from global and national account customers among major industry sectors of Japan.

Core Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintaining, developing and driving business relationship and revenue growth from global and national account customers among major industry sectors of Japan.
  • Act as the focal point and spokesperson within the STRATACACHE/Scala digital media systems to present solutions to the corporate account clients by working alongside with sales and product management professionals.
  • Apart from relationship management, compile industry researches and competitor analysis, and identify key opinion leaders in the field via various channels in order to further promote brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and oversee the whole end-to-end solution delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Up to 15 years corporate accounts management and development experience in the IT, digital media eco-system, large project sales with a strong track record of success and a rich network of influential figures in the related sectors of the market.
  • Possessed great presentation and solution selling skills coupled with strong project management experience.
  • Ability to work independently, whilst coordinating across different departments to complete the tasks will be the crucial attributes for the role.
  • To demonstrate a strong strategic mind and business development mentality.
  • Excellent command of English which is a must.
  • Flexibility on travelling is required.
