Digital Media Project Coordinator
This mission-critical role, located in Irvine California, is responsible for onsite project management for a large-scale deployment of Digital Menu Boards. Based in our client’s office, this “embedded” position is a rare opportunity to work hand-in-hand on a major strategic project with a leader and innovator in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Become an onsite solution expert for Digital Menu Boards Initiatives
  • Monitor and manage active store profiles, store and media taxonomy and media business rules
  • Manage and update asset tracker for National and Test calendars. Consistently followup on all national and test initiatives to ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Set-up User Acceptance with internal teams to review the digital menu board prior to each experience.
  • Maintain clear, succinct, and regular communication with both the customer and agencies managing customer expectations and providing proactive status updates to required parties
  • Coordinate, manage and drive escalations within STRATACACHE Services, Engineering, Content & UX Strategy and Product teams, and provide guidance on the enhancement of media input and scheduling systems to improve our products and services

Basic Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Project and Account Management
  • Digital Media Tools (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects)
  • Microsoft Excel, including functions (ex. VLOOKUP)
  • Business Logic
  • Development Life Cycles
*Minimal travel
*Remote work capability
