Regional Marketing Manager - Singapore
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end creation & execution of campaigns to drive new prospect engagement across a variety of digital & analytical channels including social media, direct mail, events, Pardot, Salesforce and other web applications. The candidate will work closely with other team heads within the APAC and/or other regions of the Stratacache group of companies. Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of users/leads.
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline.
  • Build integrated marketing programs using a mix of tools such as email, SEM, webinars, demos, trials, customer engagement, whitepapers, events, social media, community interactions and much more to drive high-impact, multi-touch campaigns covering’s products/services/solutions.
  • Create, manage and monitor the flow of B2B leads from marketing to sales.
  • To formulate product marketing programs with the contributions from product, R&D and sales teams.
  • To define and implement processes on brand awareness for the target markets in the region.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
  • Identify trends and insights from marketing data, and then optimise and revise marketing budget and performance based on results and findings.
Basic Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of working experience in a demand generation marketing role for ICT digital solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS technology service provider companies will be preferred.
  • Advance knowledge of best practices in B2B digital signage solutions, marketing, interactive marketing and regional lead generations, with a heavy emphasis on process, measurements and analytics.
  • Master at developing, executing and measuring innovative and results focused demand programs and campaigns.
  • Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches: digital, social, events, inbound, account-based marketing etc.
  • Data driven, analytical and fact-based approach to making business recommendations and decisions.
  • Proactive self-starter, working under minimum supervision and high attention to detail.
  • Tremendous energy and drive, creativity and a desire to contribute to improve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to generate creative marketing materials such as product/service/solution brochures and sales tools.
