Main Purpose of Job: Reporting to the Managing Director APAC, the National Sales Director will expand the business in China. Build sales strategy and define sales tactics to penetrate and expand business from the target market segments, create and maintain relationships with customers/Reseller Partners. The role is accountable to professional and strategic contributions to the overall sales plan for the China market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meets national sales revenue targets and objectives
  • Converts sales leads to opportunities leading to closing of sales orders to meet customer requirements
  • Plans, prepares, organizes and presents accurate forecasting pipelines and manages sales cycles to achieve sales targets
  • Analyses variances and initiating corrective actions to rectify shortfalls
  • Aware of market and industry trends to determine sales plans and sales development strategies for China
  • By acting as the role-model, owning the potential to build, manage and train a sales team that will become one of the major growth drivers in China
  • Building and maintaining rapport with reseller partners and identifying new growth opportunities
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record of experience in new business sales and sales management in China
  • Familiar and well connected in one or more verticals in the fast serve restaurant, digital media, ad agency, luxurious/FMCB brand marketing, government transportation and hospitality industries in China
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment.
  • English, Mandarin languages proficient
  • Based in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen or Chengdu
