Human Resources Manager, Recruitment
 


Summary of Responsibilities
 
The Human Resources Manager ensures that the staffing plan is executed to meet the organizational objectives. Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Monitors and improves recruitment and hiring procedures. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will be a key team member in several strategic initiatives set forth by the senior leadership team.
 
  • Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Drives talent acquisitions for all exempt and nonexempt positions.
  • Leads and manages the co-op program including attending career fairs and ensuring staffing of the program
  • Uses both traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Responsible for requisition process
  • Maintains and leverages ATS - Newton
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
  • Manages the third-party employee recruiter process, spend, and relationship
  • Substantially contributes to various strategic initiatives including career development and compensation analysis
  • Support additional business and Human Resources initiatives as required.
  • Employees may be asked to perform other tasks not listed in the essential job functions.
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
  • Experience with ATS – Newton
  • 3- 5 years of recruitment experience required, and 2 years of HR generalist position preferred.
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement.
Physical Demands

Low physical effort required to sit, stand at files, bend, stoop, lift, and walk. Maximum unassisted lift is 35 lbs. Average lift is less than 10 lbs. Requires ability to use a keyboard and monitor. Also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone. May require some travel by car.

Environmental Requirements

Must have the ability to work in a fast-past organization.
Average inside office environment. Average office noise levels. No personal protective equipment is required. Ambient temperature is between 68F and 76F.
