Al. Neyer is looking for a candidate to fill the critical role of Executive Assistant supporting our Executive Vice President of Business Development. The perfect hire will fill a key support role by removing obstacles and allowing our executives to carry out strategies that affect the company bottom line. At Al. Neyer, we hunt as a pack. Essential Job Functions

  • Provides both personal and business support to members of the Executive team
  • Handles confidential materials, correspondence, documents and conversations in a professional and discreet manner
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, and events for Executives and members of their team.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls and greets visitors courteously and efficiently
  • Plans, assembles, produces presentations and facilitates quarterly Staff Meetings as an employee relations communication tool
  • Assembles, prepares and arranges delivery of high quality proposals and informational packages as directed
  • Provides computer technical / application assistance to the executives as the need arises.
  • Provides correspondence, agendas, minutes and presentations in an accurate and timely manner
  • Facilitates Executive employee relations through various structured and unstructured activities and events
  • Leads best practices in electronic file and paper file organization.
  • Responsible for expense reporting and reconciliation for Executives and their staff
  • Arranges travel – hotel, air, car, etc

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • Aptitude to analyze data and make reliable decisions
  • Ability to handle calls and visitors with professionalism and a warm and friendly attitude
  • Ability to produce and edit correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations and databases using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity and experience with general office equipment

Physical Demands


Low physical effort required to sit, stand at files, bend, stoop, lift, and walk.  Maximum unassisted lift is 35 lbs.  Average lift is less than 10 lbs.  Requires ability to use a keyboard and monitor.  Also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone. 


Environmental Requirements


Average inside office environment.  Average office noise levels.  No personal protective equipment is required.  Ambient temperature is between 68F and 76F.
