SUMMARY
Through our Achievement Solutions platform, HALO Recognition builds and manages personalized recognition and sales incentive solutions that help organizations develop more inspired relationships with their employees and increase sales.  Our points-based technology platform facilitates multiple employee recognition and sales incentive programs by awarding points or other forms of currency through peer-to-peer recognition, online nominations, on-the-spot cards, social recognition and other initiatives. Points can be redeemed by employees for a large selection of items including merchandise, gift cards and experiential rewards. We work with our clients to understand their strategic needs related to employee recognition and engagement to deliver a solution that supports their culture and company values.
 
This ambitious, self-starter will have dual responsibility for understanding requirements for monthly and adhoc sales incentives run by one of our latest clients and configuring these incentives in our platform, and also will be responsible for synthesizing complex reporting via preferred applications.  The configuration work is done in a platform which is a SaaS model and managed/fully configurable by HALO.  No coding is required but configuration requires in–depth knowledge of how the platform works learned through training and self-teaching.   This position will become an SME on the capabilities of the platform, how to use it, optimize it to the fullest and configure it to develop the customized client programs.  In addition, this role will be responsible for understanding complex reporting requirements from the client and synthesizing multiple, monthly reports to desired output content and format.
 
More specifically, this role will understand the structure of the client's sales incentive programs, assessing rules and eligibility to plan for anticipated configuration work, gathering all assets necessary and configure the client specific web site to reflect the incentive rules, graphics, data for pacing views and messaging. The role will be creating asset library folders; uploading flyers, banners and other assets to the library to use for display; determining how pacing will be displayed in site and develop metadata fields and SKU names to support pacing and metrics; configure SKU names and metadata fields; configuration of banners, flyers, and pacing (HTML) on production site.
 
This role will also have responsibility, at times, for pulling data and synthesizing complex, standard monthly reporting. This includes gaining an understanding of where all data points reside, collecting, compiling, sorting and formatting reports in to very specific outputs for client. Ability to adjust reports in an effective, automated manner, even when data does not reside in an easily obtainable location / can not be fed automatically. This role will be charged with assessing and determining the best way to synthesize these reports.

•               Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Microsoft Access and Excel

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
•               Bachelors Degree
•               5+ or more years of program implementation / system configuration
•               Back-end operational management, troubleshooting and coordination
•               Skill in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Access
•               Skill in data analysis and report synthesizing
