RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

- Answer phone calls and transfer to requested parties around the company.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FBO.

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Maintain and update customer accounts as necessary.

- Assist with placement of fuel and supply orders

- Take payment information and assist customers with billing questions.

- Place reservations for rental cars and hotel rooms upon customer request.

- Complete sales paperwork on a daily or weekly basis.

- Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or FBO Manager

 

 

  

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

•Experience in customer service

•Good communication skills

•Must possess computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

 

 

 

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

•Must be able to lift 50lbs

•Must have high situational awareness
