Title: Business Development Manager – ISR Programs

Our customers include all branches of the U.S. Military, Fortune 500 companies, and other Part 135 and 121 Air Carriers. The Business Development Manager – ISR Programs position will be primarily focused on the development of government opportunities and growth for Berry Aviation, Inc., specifically within Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs for the Department of Defense (DOD) and non-DOD government entities. Secondary focus will be in the development of opportunities with potential foreign or commercial customers requiring similar solutions. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of new opportunities, as well as partnerships with other service providers. This candidate will lead development of strategy including business solutions for pursuit of leads and opportunities with transport programs, along with identify potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming partners and maintain and track activities via Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software. Successful applicants must also be willing to travel domestic and abroad.
