SUMMARY  
The TA Coordinator will be responsible to assist and support the Recruiting team during peak hiring cycles.  The TA Coordinator will provide the highest level of recruiting and talent acquisition through positive interaction with applicants, employees and company team members. This role delivers high quality customer service and promotes Black Turtle Services across numerous markets and professional communities. 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Responsible for identifying and attracting applicants to support recruiting efforts of qualified candidates during peak hiring cycles 
  • Reviews, identifies and sources qualified applicants, typically for non-exempt and entry-level exempt positions 
  • Performs phone interviews and follow up calls to ensure timely completion of hires required tasks
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers' interactions, and other onboarding activities to ensure compliance with HR regulations and other applicable laws 
  • Maintains recruiting records and other related documents, and prepares reports as needed 
  • Other duties, as assigned

  • Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgment with highly confidential and sensitive information 
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
  • High School diploma, GED equivalent or combined education and experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards degree, preferred  
  • 1-2 years of Administrative or Recruiting experience to include recruiting and onboarding 
  • 1-year proven experience and track record in high volume call center handling full-cycle recruiting, preferred
