Project Manager Supervisor

 
Osborn Barr | Paramore (OBP) is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager Supervisor to join our St. Louis team.  You will be responsible for the delivery of projects through managing the day-to-day tasks and ultimate delivery following a set methodology or process.  The Project Manager will work on multiple projects for multiple clients, ultimately responsible for managing tasks, timelines and schedules including adherence to milestones, testing, launch/production and projects. 
 
Responsibilities Include: 
  • Execution and closing of projects.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are outlined and communicated to the project teams.
  • Estimate all projects (time and money) and communicate estimates to the team members; ensure estimates are staying on track.  
  • Assign all project tasks and follow up with completion.
  • Scheduling all project meetings.
  • Review project tasks and redirection.
  • Routing of projects and review quality.
  • Works with other team members to ensure coverage on all project deliverables and production with third party vendors. 
  • Reporting all project statuses, risks and roadblocks to the team. 
  • Collaborates with the Account Manager, Creative Director and other key team members on project assignments.
 
Experience Requirements:
  • 5-7 years in purchasing and traffic/production in an advertising setting. 
  • Strong time management techniques to efficiently juggle multiple projects and complete them on time; strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis to perform cost estimating.
  • Quality management techniques to produce the highest quality product. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) necessary to effectively interact internally and externally.
