Position:  Project Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our St. Louis team.  You will be responsible for the delivery of projects through managing the day-to-day tasks and ultimate delivery following a set methodology or process.  The Project Supervisor will work on multiple projects for multiple clients, ultimately responsible for exceeding client expectations
 
Responsibilities Include: 
  • Ensure all project deliverables are outlined and communicated to internal resources to deliver on client request.
  • Assign all project tasks and follow up with completion.
  • Agile and inquisitive to intake client request and gather full understanding and expectations to write a detailed Assignment Overview.
  • Work with strategy and creative on Creative Briefs.
  • Manage budgets and review billing.
  • Comfortable working with WP sites, QA of websites, work with internal and external resources to review and lead content and technical site audits.
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite and social content posting and calendars.
 
 
Experience Requirements:
  • 5-7 years in an advertising setting. 
  • Outstanding writing and proofreading skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management techniques to efficiently juggle multiple projects and complete them on time; strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Be accountable to assigned work and willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when others need help.
  • Have an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (and Google Docs/Sheets).
  • Have some knowledge of Google Analytics and how it can track and measure performance at a basic level.
  • Be willing to ask questions and learn.
  • Be respectful of teammates, humble and collaborative.
  • Quality management techniques to produce the highest quality product. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) necessary to effectively interact internally and externally.
