HKT Teleservices is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our family!!
This position is responsible for developing creative recruiting strategies in support of HKT Teleservices staffing objectives. The recruiter will attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings.
Essential Functions and Specific Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media; screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using a variety of methods to include group, one-on one or telephone
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Onboard new employees in order to ensure complete integration with HKT Teleservices systems and processes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Conduct background checks; manage all communication with candidates
Provide regular updates and feedback to managers; manage applicant tracking system
Experience hiring for a high volume atmosphere
2 year degree from a recognized college or university or experience, preferred
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
Must be personable, proficient in written and verbal communication, exhibit confidence and handle fast-paced work environments well
