The Job:
 
As a team member of our Smart Living Business Development Team, the jobholder will be responsible for the planning & implementation of business development proposals for Smart Living business.
 
Major responsibilities include:
  • Identify new business opportunities with corporate partners
  • Prepare sales materials and business proposals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify, evaluate and recommend business opportunities in property development and re-development sectors
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure the after-sales services & marketing programs are well implemented
  • Liaise with property developers and building management companies on potential partnership
  • Support the execution of partnership events including the management of guests invitation, event logistics, and preparation of post-event report
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and assignment
  • Expand corporate partnership and explore initiatives to reach revenue targets
  • Responsible for the sales activities / events planning and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Prepare analytical reports periodically for business effectiveness evaluation
The Person:
  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in sales or marketing field
  • BPO experience a major plus
  • Aggressive and meticulous, with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule
