Condado Tacos is a fresh and hip build your own taco concept currently hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager to float between our Columbus, OH locations. The Condado Kitchen Manager does it all + sets the standard for everyone else!

Job Duties Include:
  • Communication of all scheduling, ordering, hiring + training
  • Must possess excellent multi-tasking prowess + have a fine attention to detail with cleanliness, food dating/labeling, portioning, food time/temperatures, + organization of both food + dry stock
  • Must be able to communicate efficiently + effectively on a daily basis with front + back of house staff as well as upper management
  • Must be willing to work weekends + evenings
  • Delegation, communication, + leadership are key to ensure each shift runs smoothly
  • Is in tune with Condado standards in daily + weekly kitchen labor
  • Build + curate a kitchen culture based on accountability + empathy
