What is a Regional Manager at Cellular Plus responsible for?
You work with the District Manager to lead and inspire multiple Cellular Plus sales teams to drive in-store sales and create the superior guest experience we are known for in the assigned territory with up to 7 stores. You develop outstanding store managers and sales consultants by coaching them and setting an example for them. You ensure exceptional performance and smooth operation of your assigned territory while contributing to the strategic development of Cellular Plus.
