Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

The North American Headquarters for Sofidel America is in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania with additional plants operating in six states (Florida, Wisconsin, Nevada, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Mississippi) as a tissue paper manufacturer for Consumer and Away-from-Home products.
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for oversee the mechanical maintenance of technical efficiency and safety level on the equipment; implement a proactive process to minimize mechanical downtime and safety incidents. Continuously supports Sofidelâ€™s Employee Personal Practice Policy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
14. Inspects work for completeness
15. Coordinates the preventive maintenance plan
16. Respond to emergency situations as necessary.
17. Ensure training and development of mechanical maintenance personnel
18. 24/7 on call coverage as required
19. Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
20. Apply and promote the Corporate Principles and Values.
Associate Degree preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess basic computer skills.
