Looking for a Grill Cook to join our team!
- 3yr experience in a made-to-order or short order line
- 2yr experience with breakfast foods (eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc)
- Must be able to use Flat-Top Grill, Deep Fryers, and Flame Broiler
- Must possess excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and with others
- Must be able to interact continuously with customers and guests while taking verbal orders and preparing meals to their requests
- Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
- Strong background in food safety, sanitation, and large quantity production.
- Follow café guidelines concerning guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance and equipment/space cleaning, requirements at all time.
- Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Cafe's recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Friday Through Tuesday 5:30 am to 2pm
$14.00 to $15.00/hr DOE
