Thomas Cuisine is looking for a Sous Chef in the Boise area.
To assist the Chef in constant supervision over all kitchen employees, labor cost & food cost while developing menus to ensures all meals are consistent & early in time with contracts while monitoring meal quality and guest satisfaction.
To ensure all food items are produced in an excellent & consistent manner to meet all menu & customer specifications while having the ability to develop a rapport with the customer.
Supervises, coordinates & participates in activities of cooks & other kitchen personnel, engaging in preparing & cooking foods in this establishment by performing the following duties
$16 - $18 / hour
Monday-Friday breakfast and lunch. No evenings or weekends, some holidays.
