Line Cook needed for contract dining company at a corporate dining facility.
- Must have 1+ years of experience in high-volume, from-scratch cooking; experience with prep, deli, or grill cooking to-order is a plus.
- Cooks prepare food daily in a contained concept, which requires a high degree of responsibility and self-motivation. Successful candidates work always to contribute to a positive culture.
- Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and cleanliness in work habits are highly sought. Essential requirements are a positive attitude, drive, and the will to do the best thing you can do for your guests and co-workers. Ability to work as a part of a team is non-negotiable.
- Cooks work in stations during lunch service, cooking food to order and serving directly to the dining audience. As customer service is an integral part of the job, applicants must be professional in appearance and discourse. All candidates must be able to pass a multi-state criminal background check--felony convictions may prohibit site access.
