Job Summary
The Creative Services Coordinator will be a member of the Content Steward Team that organizes, tracks, and schedules content for our clients.
  • Catalog digital inventory using inventory tracking documentation in excel
  • Create and close inventory orders using company ERP
  • Utilize company ERP to manage client information and fulfill client requests
  • Schedule and manage content for clients using online portal
  • Manage tight deadlines successfully and positively
  • Organize large quantities of information
  • Route information to teammates using project management software
  • Collaborate with teammates across departments and incorporate customer feedback to improve content execution and coordination best practices
  • Manage customer photo and video assets, including tagging and managing usage rights in Reflect
  • Help inform Reflect portal asset/content and tagging management to improve usability
  • Schedule ready to run assets across all three product lines
  • Gain expertise of content library and custom message template library to use as first level of response to relevant requests
  • May include client facing tasks, including phone calls and emails to communicate with clients on content
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
  • A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • Technological literacy and comfort with computers
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes and updates in software programs
  • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering on deadlines in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams and clients
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to make minor graphic edits to client assets using simple graphic design software
