Product Support Specialist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports to: Sr. Director, Network Operations
The Product Support Specialist provides technical support, advice, and assistance for remote digital signage solutions with technical, hardware, and software system problems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common problems like internet or WiFi connectivity issues, inabilities to access data, security or content filtering, and slow performance. Desire to make an impact and drive success for a high priority project at a fast growing, technology-enabled patient engagement company.
This position is a contract position for 2- 3 months.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Need to be able to work as part of fast moving Network Operations team, primarily with day-to-day tasks and projects
