Product Support Specialist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports to:  Sr. Director, Network Operations
 
Job Summary
 
The Product Support Specialist provides technical support, advice, and assistance for remote digital signage solutions with technical, hardware, and software system problems.  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common problems like internet or WiFi connectivity issues, inabilities to access data, security or content filtering, and slow performance.  Desire to make an impact and drive success for a high priority project at a fast growing, technology-enabled patient engagement company.
 
This position is a contract position for 2- 3 months. 
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible to assist in remote conversion of digital signage network
  • Troubleshoot network of devices via various software tools and track results
  • Efficiently respond to practice and internal customer questions, requests and issues; effectively collaborate with appropriate service resources to solve problems and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Assist in various training and Q&A sessions between IT and FSD
  • Assist in technical documentation and troubleshooting as necessary procedures arise
  • Serve as the point person between Field Services Digital and Network Operations for all technical related issues
  • Assist to determine, enhance and maintain established quality standards
 
Qualifications/Requirements
 
Need to be able to work as part of fast moving Network Operations team, primarily with day-to-day tasks and projects
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Technology Field preferred
  • Technical or helpdesk background preferred, demonstrating:
    • Knowledge of AirWatch MDM services - help troubleshoot/support
    • Knowledge of installation of LANs, WANs, Network Segments, Internet, and Intranet systems
    • Knowledge of how to install and maintain network hardware and software a plus
    • Ability to listen, ask questions, analyze and isolate issues.
  • Self-motivated, high energy individual with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong work ethic and quality standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of people from IT personnel, Doctors to technicians
  • Proven problem solving and decision making skills
