PatientPoint® is looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager to help lead and drive delivery of content at the right time and in the right way to key audiences within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. We are looking for someone with a strong background in building strategic marketing communication plans that deliver on business objectives for various parts of the business and then executing on those plans to create influential marketing materials for all PatientPoint communication channels. You will be expected to quickly learn communication best practices of marketing to healthcare organizations and professionals. You should be adept at leading meetings with interdepartmental or executive stakeholders, gleaning creative direction and then executing effective deliverables from project start to completion.
 
Primary Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to:
  • Proactively identify marketing opportunities and respond with a well thought out plan
  • Oversee strategic development and coordination of marketing communications programs to promote PatientPoint products to specific target audiences
  • Advocate for a vision and drive commitment among cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor and assess program performance and turn insights into recommendations
  • Concept, create and promote a variety of content pieces including white papers, ebooks, case studies, blogs, email nurture campaigns, sales collateral, advertisements and more
  • Concept and execute paid social strategies, specifically within LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Concept and create highly visual presentation decks for company leaders that promote PatientPoint brand and products through influential storytelling
  • Align the PatientPoint value proposition, positioning and messaging to create meaningful experiences to drive conversion and revenue. Understand our target market, their pains and needs and ways we can help them.
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of applicable experience
  • Agency experience or have been in a prior inbound content marketing role preferred
  • Deep experience with content marketing having created, planned, managed and executed complex content marketing programs and projects
  • In-depth understanding of traditional, digital and social marketing channels and ability to develop compelling content across all outlets
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing ROI for creation and reporting of asset performance
  • Ability to develop project plans, make recommendations and consistently meet deadlines
  • Client-focused – understanding the internal client roles as you work across a multi-tiered organization
  • Experience with and an understanding of marketing automation platforms and content management systems
  • Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, InCopy, etc.
  • Experience with WordPress, Drupal, Google Analytics
