Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for execution of client contract deliverables, assists with program planning, and contributes to overall client program success. This individual must possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, communication skills—verbal and written, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The successful Program Manager must be able to work both independently and with a team, be accountable, creative, flexible, and organized with the ability to prioritize time sensitive assignments.
Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to)
Sales, Client & Program Management Support
  • Develop a fluent understanding of program specific goals and objectives.
  • Apply knowledge of company products and programs to provide strategic input to sales proposals and support materials, including program demonstration and details such as requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate and foster effective working relationships with internal teams (client sales, research, creative) and external teams (direct clients and agencies).
  • Provide clear and documented direction based on keen understanding of client objectives.
  • Assume ownership of projects from initiation to completion to ensure client/sales/program management satisfaction.
  • Effectively track and communicate contract details and deliverables, and client requirements, on behalf of internal and external teams.
  • Serve as single point of contact for client-related status updates, keeping an understanding of client materials inventory and distribution, and proactively communicating key updates to sales/program management/client contacts. 
  • Master client review/submission systems and take ownership of submission process
  • Produce, manage and update company documents as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years agency, marketing or project management experience. 
  • Preferred: demonstrated experience working with creative and or business development teams and/or healthcare/pharma/OTC/CPG experience.
  • Consistent ability to craft clear, grammatically correct, and professional business communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Preferred: advanced ability in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain successful cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with multiple teams.
  • Detail-orientation – strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Focused and results oriented: consistent ability to deliver by deadline
  • “Can do” attitude in an environment of entrepreneurship and opportunity
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle competing objectives, adapting easily to changing priorities
