Relationship Manager
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
 
Job Summary:
Work directly with PatientPoint medical practice customers (physicians, officer managers, hospital professionals)  by building a relationship with each practice to solidify their partnership with PatientPoint programs.  In addition to building this relationship they will create a positive experience during the service process.
 
The Relationship Manager must be a team player and be able to work efficiently with a diverse group of people.  They should be self-motivated, enjoy working on the phone and in a fast-paced environment.  The candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to multi-task well.  Candidate needs to have excellent communication and client-handling skills; PatientPoint creates content so we want candidates that are skilled with 100% grammatically correct and business professional communications.  Finally, they must embrace change to support a dynamic department.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact for segment of our active base of 20,000 medical practices.
  • Build relationships and engage practices to drive loyalty, expand program knowledge and usage.
  • Efficiently respond to practice questions, requests and issues; effectively collaborate with appropriate service resources to solve problems and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Convert program cancellation requests to active, engaged customers.
  • Identify and act on new sales opportunities.
  • Meet performance standards for quantity and quality of customer interactions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience; demonstrated excellent client handling skills.
  • Self motivated, positive energy individual with a “can do” attitude.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and quality standards.
  • Proven and effective communication: 100% grammatically correct and business professional communication skill.
  • Demonstrated logical problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong ability to work with multi-functional teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency with general computer use and applications; strong knowledge/use of Microsoft applications (word, powerpoint, some excel)
 
Preferred:
  • Associate Degree
  • Prior experience in or with the health care industry a plus
