Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Work directly with PatientPoint medical practice customers (physicians, officer managers, hospital professionals) by building a relationship with each practice to solidify their partnership with PatientPoint programs. In addition to building this relationship they will create a positive experience during the service process.
The Relationship Manager must be a team player and be able to work efficiently with a diverse group of people. They should be self-motivated, enjoy working on the phone and in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to multi-task well. Candidate needs to have excellent communication and client-handling skills; PatientPoint creates content so we want candidates that are skilled with 100% grammatically correct and business professional communications. Finally, they must embrace change to support a dynamic department.
