Customer Service Support Specialist

Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm  or 10:00am to 7:00pm
 
Job Summary:
As part of PatientPoint Field Services Digital team; the Field Services Digital Support Specialist will work directly on the phone with both field technicians, as well as PatientPoint customers to build a quality standard and high level of service within our Digital Signage network.

  • Should enjoy working on the phone and in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both verbal and written.
  • Must embrace change to support a dynamic department.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ongoing daily outreach to customers to ensure network quality standards and troubleshoot
  • Build relationships with both customers and vendors
  • Efficiently respond to practice questions, requests and issues; effectively collaborate with appropriate service resources to solve problems and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Responsible for appointment scheduling and logistics coordination between customers and vendors
  • Serve as the point person between customer and service vendor for all technically related issues
  • Meet performance standards for quantity and quality of customer interactions
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • Strong customer service background; minimum 2 years experience preferred
  • Ability to interface with all levels of people from IT personnel, Doctors, technicians
  • Self motivated, high energy individual with a “can do” positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and quality standards
  • Detail-orientation – strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Consistent ability to craft clear, grammatically correct and professional business communication
  • Proven problem solving and decision making skills
  • Great organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
