Job Title: Client Sales Coordinator Intern
Location: The Corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio
Hours per week: 20 to 25 hours (flexible around school schedule)
Length of Internship: At least Until June 2018
Pay: $15/hr.
 
Job Summary: 
A unique opportunity for exposure to high level marketing and sales via a support role to the Chief Client Officer contributing to the sale, cultivating relationships, and success of client programs. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist as needed with client communication and prospecting
  • Be an extension of the Chief Client officer in summarizing and follow up from meetings and external communication
  • Execution of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, providing clear direction and documenting next steps and follow-up responsibilities.
  • Serve as backup to the Executive Assistant, to ensure uninterrupted support for senior leadership team

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Second year marketing or communications major  (must be currently enrolled in a program)
  • Willingness to commit to 2 terms for consistency of position – knowing this could lead into a full time role after graduation
  • Preferred: previous business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
