Digital Marketing Account Manager
Position Status: Full-time, Salary

Job Summary
Seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager that will help PatientPoint lead clients to acquisition of new patients.
The Account Manager must understand digital strategy including:  SEO, SEM, Digital Display- across strategies and social platforms. The Account Manager will work closely with sales team and Director of Digital Marketing Solutions to manage client relationships, report on monthly client performance and help clients maximize their digital marketing budgets. Strong knowledge of the digital landscape including SEM, SEO, Display and Facebook are primary.  Additional understanding of evolving digital strategies that arise and ability to present opportunities for clients are also a must.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a large workload with multiple priorities
  • Interpret and communicate campaign performance from multiple data sources – Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.
  • Set up client reporting and use systems like Raven to provide client custom reports
  • Interface with client on a monthly basis to present campaign results and recommend additional marketing services
  • Provide creative and strategic input on client marketing services, including website services, search engine optimization and search engine marketing
  • Assist with development of SEM campaigns, including Google search (PPC), Google display, Facebook advertising and programmatic display where needed
  • Understand and communicate client website update/build requests, utilizing Duda and Wordpress platforms
  • Help onboard and renew clients for PatientPoint Locate product, which ensures accurate search results for their practice or facility
  • Provide support to sales representatives during sales process
  • Provide support to clients requesting updates to their accounts – website changes, ad creative updates, goal tracking, etc.
  • Be the link between the digital marketing solutions execution team and the client
 
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+years of experience working with SEO, SEM, Digital Display- across strategies and social platforms
  • Experience interfacing with and presenting to clients
  • Experience with digital analytics tools – creating and interpreting reports
 
 
Additional skills needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience managing client support in a project management tool
