Title: Creative Services Coordinator
Department: Creative Department- Marketing Communications and Trade Shows 
Job Summary 
PatientPoint is looking for an eager project coordinator who can be a part of our fast-paced creative team. This role will serve two functions.
The primary function, as part of a coordination team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Secondary function, during peak event season, this role would work directly with our trade show lead to help ensure trade shows and events are a success from beginning to end of the process.
The Creative Services Coordinator serves as a face of the department and will be a service minded point person for interdepartmental and external interactions.
  • Assist with job entry, trafficking, and finalizing of creative projects
  • Maintain creative content and sales and marketing catalogs and libraries
  • Manage creative subscriptions
  • Assist with annual award submissions
  • Assist with high-turn sales requests (i.e. PowerPoint and sales collateral) with the Marketing Team
  • Assist with email, mailing and printing execution
  • Manage in-house inventory of trade show assets
  • Pack portable booths and supplies, products and audiovisual equipment
  • Create shipping labels and track shipments to ensure that all materials are delivered on time for each show, and to support project/team mailings
  • Verify portable booths, supplies, products and audiovisual equipment are returned in good condition and arrange for any repairs and cleaning as needed
  • Assist with management of trade show logistics – registration, housing, products, booth equipment, marketing materials, transportation arrangements, on-site services, booth staffing schedules
  • Help to document activities prior to and during the events for internal and external communications
  • Occasionally travel to various trade shows to assist with logistics and management of the show
  • Travel to event site locations to +-10%
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Excellent communication, organization, customer service and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several assignments at a time
  • Ability to follow through on deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in common office software, including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with inventory management or exhibit asset management systems preferred, but not required
  • Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis (position requires setup and moving of display materials)
