Position:Sales Training Specialist”
Location: Cincinnati, OH 
Position Summary:
Works directly with the Vice President of Provider Solutions to obtain applicable content, develop proper training curriculum and deliver material appropriately. Must understand the demands and expectations of the business, while aligning training with those expectations.
The candidate possesses outstanding verbal communication skills and excellent training abilities. They must remain effective in building continuous valuable rapport with trainees and leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Represent PatientPoint in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrate knowledge of PatientPoint Provider Solutions products
  • Work with sales leadership to understand team/company objectives and training needs
  • Develop new hire training curriculum, utilizing suitable content and applicable delivery approaches
  • Help develop the branded PatientPoint sales training guide
  • Plan and implement initial training techniques that align learner background with instructional approach
  • Develop best practices and solutions to enhance retention of training content
  • Coach trainees by providing encouragement and constructive feedback from preliminary training throughout the career path
    • Provide skills development workshops and career development
  • Schedule training events and manage a list of employees who will be attending the events
    • Deliver an evaluation of training results and new hire training progress to sales leadership  
    • Document daily observations, participation and performance
    • Align trainee results with individual 30/60/90 goals
    • Support and assist leaders to track time to proficiency
    • Provide evaluation surveys
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must have 2-3+ years of direct sales or B2B experience and provide samples of previous sales metrics
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Management
    • OR
  • CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person) / CSE (Certified Sales Executive) or a general sales certification
  • Experience with creating, constructing and delivering training content and materials successfully 
    • Ability to measure time to proficiency, evaluate performance and clearly communicate the results
    • Identify training gaps
    • Experience with delivering training materials in person and through virtual platforms
  • Experience working with a multitude of individuals across many departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Additional Skills and Specifications
  • Willingness to travel 60% +
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Familiar with GoToMeeting or a Cisco related/virtual classroom platform 
  • Prior experience/ or proficient with Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
