Position Overview

As a Corporate Account Manager you will manage the strategic relationship of our existing customers, from SMB to Named Accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts; understand your accounts’ business objectives; and coordinate internal company resources to ensure customer satisfaction with Replicon solutions and services. With our users being worldwide the majority of communication with customers is via phone and e-mail, making it essential that the incumbent of this role have excellent business communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Inside Sales and is motivated to succeed in a professional and competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your assigned accounts are successfully using Replicon’s solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to protect and grow current revenue stream
  • Identify and capitalize on growth and expansion opportunities within each account

Qualifications:

  • University Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in client account management (working with existing accounts) is a must
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in software solution sales - technical sales experience is a requirement for this role
  • Strong professional and competitive sales mentality
