As a Corporate Account Manager you will manage the strategic relationship of our existing customers, from SMB to Named Accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts; understand your accounts’ business objectives; and coordinate internal company resources to ensure customer satisfaction with Replicon solutions and services. With our users being worldwide the majority of communication with customers is via phone and email, making it essential to have excellent business communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Inside Sales and is motivated to succeed in a professional and competitive sales environment.
