Position Overview:

Replicon Software is looking for an experienced Sales Leader with proven leadership skills, a successful sales track record and solid business acumen to join the Sales Organization. We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to play a key role in building a team, coaching/training and assisting in closing deals. You will work closely with Customers, Product Management, Lead Generation and Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit the best and brightest individual contributors
  • Train and coach on an ongoing basis
  • Drive best practices and sales process
  • Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the assigned region in order to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Accurately tracking and forecast revenue
  • Work closely with other Sales Managers and other functions supporting Sales

  • 7+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environments
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
  • Self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to hire and train new sales representatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a CRM solution & WebEx
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
