Position Overview:

Replicon Software is looking for an experienced Sales Leader with proven leadership skills, a successful sales track record and solid business acumen to join the Sales Organization. We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to play a key role in building a team, coaching/training and assisting in creating funnel and closing deals. You will work closely with Customers, Product Management, Lead Generation and Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct coach, train and advise Account Executives on sales process and closing techniques
  • Create and foster account penetration strategies and techniques 
  • Track individual and team performance (Monthly)
  • Accurately tracking and forecasting sales activity (monthly/quarterly)
  • Collaborate closely with other Sales Managers and other functions supporting Sales
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (Canada and USA)

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 3+ years prior experience managing high performance hunter teams. (SaaS preferred) 
  • In depth knowledge and experience providing sales coaching and hunter skills development to monthly quota carrying Account Executives 
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environments
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
  • Self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to hire and train new sales representatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a CRM solution (salesforce.com)
  • Strong executive level presentation skills (in person and remote)
