Position Overview: 

In this role, the Account Executive - Major Accounts will pursue and capture new business opportunities with Major Account (1200-10000 employees) client prospects. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience initiating, driving and building strong working relationships with new customer prospects.

The Account Executive - Major Accounts will follow up on inbound leads and actively pursue new customer prospects using a variety of tools and methods. In this role, one will design, modify and deliver presentations that highlight Replicon's value proposition in addition to negotiating contract terms and closing deals. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover and close new business opportunities using provided resources in addition to the ones you already possess 
  • Build strong rapport and cultivate relationships with key decision makers
  • Identify client prospects' pain points in regards to tracking employee time, attendance, project costing, client billing, etc. & articulate Replicon’s solutions for satisfying these pain points
  • Meet and exceed sales goals 
  • Accurately track and forecast revenue
  • Work closely with other Account Executives and internal teams to share and learn best practices

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience selling new business to Major Accounts in a software/technology sales environment; experience selling SaaS is a plus
  • University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent 
  • Proven ability to be successful in a high volume, fast paced sales environment
  • Strong self-starter who thrives within a team culture
  • Strong experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM solutions
  • Experience leading/actively participating in web demonstrations
