Position Overview

Replicon is searching for a self-motivated individual to join our successful team as an Account Executive.This inside sales opportunity will use your skills as a product sales expert and turn this expertise into new business for Replicon, and with our users being worldwide the majority of your communication will be through telephone and computer technology. We want our sales representatives to use their own exceptional sales ability combined with our innovative way of selling software to build on a long term career opportunity within our company. We are looking for driven individuals who exude confidence, with a proven sales track record and have a talent for selling. 

Responsibilities:


  • Master Replicon’s innovative system for selling
  • Effectively manage all of your assigned leads while managing a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Stay current with your product knowledge of Replicon’s software solutions
  • Be able to configure and effectively demonstrate Replicon’s software solutions to address the customer requirements and provide business value.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with demonstrated achievement of quota and/or revenue goals
  • Software sales experience with a practice of solution selling (asset)
  • Business degree or diploma, or related education (asset)
  • Proven experience working with computers and/or software applications (asset)
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, objection handling and negotiation skills
